Price of a consultation

The first appointment of one hour is invoiced €240 including VAT, in the office, video or telephone.

Result fees

The fixed fees can be supplemented by a percentage on the amount of the amounts obtained or on the savings made.

Methods of determining fees

The fees, which are free, are determined according to a number of criteria including:

- the time devoted to your business
- the necessary research work
- the nature and difficulty of your business
- the importance of the interests involved
- the impact of office expenses
- the reputation, seniority, experience and specialization of the lawyer
- the advantages and the result obtained for your benefit
- your personal situation.

Invoicing for the time spent or at a fixed price will be offered to you depending on the mission entrusted to you. For the service provided or the procedure envisaged, the fee will be determined in advance in agreement with you. The agreed terms of intervention will be included in a fee agreement signed prior to any mission.

Other important information

- Some or all of the fees may be covered by your insurer if you have legal protection insurance.

- An advance on fees is systematically requested to open the file.

Fee agreement

Prior to any mission, the fees are determined in a written fee agreement, this agreement indicates the mission entrusted to the Firm and the amount of the fees.

In application of the law of 8 August 2015 (article 51), the fee agreement is mandatory in all matters and for any type of intervention.
